A deep area of low pressure over Lake Superior and western Ontario will bring much cooler air into the region today on gusty northwest winds. This will produce blustery fall-like conditions with highs today only in the 50s to middle 60s. Scattered showers will also be seen mainly along and east of the Mississippi River.
