A cap has limited the severe storm chances for most of the area so far this evening and that trend is likely to continue through tonight. Further into Wisconsin, a favorable environment remains for isolated to scattered severe storms this evening but more likely overnight. Additional storms may form south of I-94 on Monday morning, but confidence is not high at this time.
